From commencement to end, our stay @ Soleil B&B was exceptional. This modern B&B just off a main street was everything we hoped for and more. Michael our host was fantastic and assisted us in finding a driver to take us out on a tour of Gozo for a day when we ran into some issues with the car rental company. The room we stayed in was more than adequate to meet our needs and included a full kitchen which we didn't end up using as we decided to eat out instead for lunch and dinner.
Then there was breakfast, which offered everything we could have wanted and more; all the traditional food you'd expect at any B&B. Think eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurt etc. etc.. You could also eat breakfast outdoors by the pool if you wanted to. Breakfast also included some traditional Maltese pastries and delights that I hadn't had for years, all home made. I won't hesitate in saying breakfasts were the best we had in our stay in Europe.
The location of Gharb is not too far from the main centre of Gozo and was pretty quiet most of the time. But just note that if you need to book a Bolt or ECab it may take some time getting a ride in the peak periods of the day. We only experienced an issue on one occasion that didn't take too long to eventually resolve. Walking distance will get you to restaurants, food stores etc.
We have stayed in B&B's across the globe and this one was up there with the best rural B&Bs you can find; both the accommodation and the host could not be faulted. We cannot thank Michael enough for making our stay one of the highlights of our European trip and hope to return again sometime in the future!

Marco and Corrine were so hospitable and welcoming. They went out of their way to offer great local advice and knowledge. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Home baking as well!

The Luxury Room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a very quiet area for total relaxation. The jacuzzi placed in the covered terrace is a bonus.

Location is second to none…best views on the island. Super quiet and serene. Pool size is decent and outdoor area is the highlight of it all. All 3 bedrooms are fully airconditioned and with celing fans. Both outdoor and indoor ambiance and decor is exeptionally fitting for a traditional farmhouse in a quaint Gozitan town. Also, the owning company representatives are very helpful and eager to assist with any issues over the phone, and even in person.
