Location is good, in the city center and close to nice places. Easy access. However, there were few things that mostly we didn't appreciate.

This was a beautiful little boutique hotel and was newly renovated and immaculate. The staff were warm and extremely helpful. It was located right in the middle of everything. I couldn’t be more pleased with it. It is better suited to adults as it is quite intimate and a couple with children may feel they need to constantly keep a child quiet. I would definitely stay again.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. We thought it was a very nice touch to include a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit basket. The morning breakfast were excellent and all of the employees were friendly and helpful.

Room: very neat and tidy, all clean. they also have tiny ref for your food. They clean your room, change linens and towels everyday or if used. I like where our room is located on the very top. you could see the sunrise and hear the church bells on sunday morning with birds chirping so nice. ( our room is the St. Sebastian 7: you have to climb a bit with stairs but for me it has no problem. ) The Bathroom is also very clean, they also provided tiny sets for shower, lotion, conditioner and shampoo, container for toothbrush. everything is provided. fresh towels for 2 and toilet papers.
Door Lock: for others it maybe inconvenient but I like it ( for a shy person who avoid human contact), how the lock works and all. I think people just need to get used with modern locks or they could have gone to Hotels with 24/7 front desks. all in all I like it 😁
Facilities: I like the ambiance at the breaksfast place ( sad we didnt book for breakfast coz we usually leave so early ). They also have place where you could spend time relaxing or sunbathing at the rooftop and Jacuzzi (need to request 24H before use) . (accessible with cylindrical ladder)
Staff: Timothy is so nice and accommodating. He really is prepare to help you and guide you about Malta.`
Location: I totally like the location. There are food stores, pharmacy, bus stop near the hotel. Very convenient for travel. We also walk down to Lidl a lot because across it is the main Bus station, where you could ride the Bus wherever you wanted to go in one place and you would discover hidden gems in Qormi.
I am just sad that we were not able to say goodbye physically because of our early flight back to Germany. I highly recommend it. Will book again when I get back to Malta soon ☺☺

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location, few minute walk from main street. Air-conditioning worked well and was on upon arrival (very much needed in Malta). Convenience store very close around the corner. Very clean and included private balcony + there is also public smoking balcony. Has a working elevator.
Great location on a quieter street a 2 minute walk from the gzira waterfront. Plenty of food and drink options nearby including convenience stores and coffee shops.
Quiet apartment building (I didn't see or hear any of the other residents over 4 days).
Communication with the owner was good and instructions to locate key, etc were clear.

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Kevin was a great host and met us at the property to check us in which was all very smooth. Communication was very fast and efficient. Location was ideal for a few days in Malta. A couple of minutes walk to The Strand with a vast choice of bars and restaurants and some stunning views across the bay to Valletta. Silema was a short walk away and Valletta a short and cheap ferry ride away.
Lovely boutique hotel just off the main waterfront, quiet room with a lovely view of the harbour. Easy walk to ferries across to Valletta and 3 Cities and tour boats. Great breakfasts. Lovely staff. Would stay again.
Great location, great communication with the owner. All you need if you look for a cheap place to stay and good enough if you aren't too fussy but still want to have a nice place.
Location was excellent close to all amenities but still quiet. Ferry over to the Valletta close, cheap and convenient. Wonderful views over the harbour. Hotel clean and modern. Excellent breakfast.
Very clean hotel and room, great location - very close to restaurants, the seaview and main street. The staff was cheerful and helpful. The room was soundproof, there was enough room to move around comfortably and the balcony felt private. Street was quiet and felt safe.
