The location and the view. Outstanding, you can jump to the sea straight from the balcony. And considering Dobra Voda as a really loud and crowded town, the location at the end of it - perfect.
But even more important than the view are the people running this property. Super friendly, very helpful, warm. We were delighted by their attitude. So, here definitely 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed staying within the old city within easy walking distance of its restaurants and views. We also appreciated how easy it was to reach this particular location, as the guesthouse is a short distance directly up the street from the main gate. Just look for the gelateria by the same name. Our host was welcoming and was even kind enough to wash a load of laundry for us. She clearly wanted to assure that we had a pleasant stay, and we appreciated her hospitality. Our sheets seemed a bit ill-fitting for the mattress, but the bed itself was comfortable. Also, my husband improved the effectiveness of the A/C by cleaning the unit's filter, something which he did across the Balkans.

This was possibly the best Booking experience we've had. First of all, the hosts were incredibly nice and went beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! The place itself is very clean and in wonderful position- next to the sea, with private beach, in a lovely village. It is a perfect stay if you want to escape the crowd and enjoy Adriatic sea.

The host is amazing, such a lovely and positive lady. She was at our disposal at any moment, very friendly, polite and helpful. She even lent me some books because I forgot to bring them from home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Piece, quiet and private beach made our stay in Utjeha one of the best holidays ever. Private parking, good fish restaurants nearby. This was our first time in Utjeha and we will definitely come back.
The staff is amazing. The host is charming and welcoming, and makes you feel at home. The lady that tends to the apartments is super nice too and eager to prepare you a coffee in the morning.
The building is located just a few steps from the beach. The beach is not at the property, but there is a private part with sunbeds and access to the water. You also get an umbrella, which is perfect, cause the sun is really intense.
The room comes with a balcony and a drying rack. The bed was quite comfy.

Location for peace and quiet. Super layout of the villa: summer kitchen, each floor has a separate entrance and terrace - children and adults do not get in each other's way ;) Comfortable beds. The pool and the view from the upper terrace are charming. The owner Biljana and her daughter Milica were friendly and especially helpful!

The apartments are located in complete isolation, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the main road. Peace and quiet, sea view and just a few guests around. Kind owners, small honesty bar, nice clean water pool and private access to the sea. I definitely recommend it for being cut off from the world.
Post scriptum: The road to the facility has been completed and you can drive on the asphalt.
