The location and the view. Outstanding, you can jump to the sea straight from the balcony. And considering Dobra Voda as a really loud and crowded town, the location at the end of it - perfect.
But even more important than the view are the people running this property. Super friendly, very helpful, warm. We were delighted by their attitude. So, here definitely 10 out of 10.

We had an amazing stay with our 2 kids! Everything you need for perfect vacation it was there... Acces to open sea (even my 7 years old kid was jumping and swimming in the sea), swimming pool, private beach, the restaurant... nice and quiet place to recharge your batteries (exactly what we are looking for our vacation).

Deus in on great location there, beach is in front of property. The rooms are good, clean and with great balcony, and they are changing towels every day. Deus has a good and safe parking for their guests.
For the price it is OK, not the cheapest, not the most expensive but you get the best for your money.
The host family is super nice, welcoming and always around! Nice breakfast with much love.

Wonderful location “right in the thick of it”, fresh fruits, sweet snacks and some decent seafood restaurants are right at the doorsteps. XXL is the best.Reception staff speaks English fluently and is always happy to help. The room has everything you need.
The beach across the road is crowded. So if you want more privacy and a comfy bed I recommend going to Ruza Vetrova and paying a little bit extra for access to private beach.
The location is great, on the top of a hill and not far from the city center. Great food, both breakfast and dinner. Very peaceful place with superb view from the terrace. Nice swimming pool and private "beach".
