-Unbeatable location: Really close from all the touristic places in the Bay of Kotor. (Perast 15min, Kotor 10min)
The apartment is in 2nd sea line so it just takes 2 minutes to get there since there are direct stairs.
-Lots of facilities around: Supermarket, Restaurants, Kayak rent, swimming spots... (All of them with wonderful views)
-Free parking just in front the apartment. (Although the parking is shared with the restaurant, we found spots everyday)
-Very wide balcony with stunning views of the bay.
-Clean, big and comfortable apartment. The AC works super good. The shower and WC are clean.
-Good communication with the host.

Sonia is a friendly, amazing host. One afternoon she drove us into town when she heard that the buses were not running properly. Property is very well maintained. The bay is across the street and water is beautiful for swimming. And you get a discount at the restaurant just down the street.

Extremly well preserved house, the owners live there and take care of everything on the spot, all is clean and tidy. Host is very welcoming, tea in the evening, coffee in the morning, very friendly.

This was a wonderful experience and I'm glad I chose to stay here during my first visit to beautiful Montenegro. I arrived early and was allowed to check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a nice view of the sea from the balcony.
I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Being gluten intolerant I sometimes feel like a burden to others but I was in no way made to feel this way here. One waiter in particular took very good care of my at lunchtime and dinner. He even de-boned my fish for me. Everyone was friendly.
I enjoyed it so much that I was sad to leave. It felt very homely, peaceful and relaxing. As a solo female I felt very safe. On my last morning I asked for a taxi to visit nearby Portonovi for breakfast and this was arranged. The owner even offered to drive me there himself which was very kind of him. I cannot wait to return. Thank you all for making my 2 nights there amazing.

Fabulous room and balcony in a fabulous location in the most beautiful town on the Bay of Kotor! Our room was really attractively designed, quality furniture, plenty of space. The kitchenette is very well appointed. And the private balcony with stone balustrade overlooking the Bay was perfect, nicely shaded with a vine trained over it, so we could equally enjoy breakfast, lunch and evening drinks watching the boats come and go, and looking over to the two islands just off Perast. This was a truly memorable place to stay.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Absolutely stunning accommodation by the sea! The facilities were always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is ideal with access to the beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas. The place is quiet and calm with picturesque views from the balcony. It was great pleasure for me and my parents to stay here and we are definitely looking forward to coming here again. A beautiful modern accommodation with a large pool and access to a private beach! You get good recommendations for food places and excursions as well as help with arranging them.
Apartment looked even better than on the pictures: big, clean, spearated house with private garden, few footsteps from the sea. Very quiet and perfect for relaxation. There is also a private parking lot available. Hosts are very responsive and respectful. Would recommend Vila La Vita del Mare to anyone.
Wonderful place! The house is located next to a hotel, despite this it is really calm and quiet place. Big house, terrace, yard, private parking! So nice hostesses live in the next house, they will always help if you need anything! The beach with sand and small pebbles is a minute's walk away, so clean, because it’s on hotel territory. A little further down the street there are restaurants with good prices, big supermarkets are a 15-minute walk away, be sure to visit the HDL supermarket.
Dusan is a great host, he welcomed us in the traditional way with an invitation to have a drink with him. The place is quiet, cozy, and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the summer beaches. The beach is near though, although it is a local beach and really crowded at summer time. The whole bay of Kotor seems to be like that. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved how dedicated our host seemed to be. We wish we could have talked Montenegrin or Serbian to hear Dusan tell stories of his seafarer days.
