We arrived a bit early and we were able to check in early. They also offered to look after our bags if the room wasn't ready in time. The interior design of the room was lovely. Very clean. Could sleep very well. No problem with hot water. Nice location less than one minute from the medina. Very good communication with the host.

We went on to travel all over northern Morocco. This was the best accomodation we ever stayed in. The owners and staff/team were frankly excellent, kind and very professional. The rooms were perfect and it all worked and functioned correctly. Spotlessly clean and tidy. My wife and I were extremely pleased to spend 2 nights there. My motorbike was parked inside behind a locked door and the German shepherd dog kept a good night watch, not that it needed it. We were advised on the resurants to eat and that was a culinary delight. Thank you so much.

Staying at this place was such an amazing experience. The owner of the property is an architect and artist, and it shows that she has put in her expertise to work. The property is beautiful. It really reflects the incredible architecture of morocco and blends seamlesly into the environment. Breakast is prepared every morning, and you can also request dinner with no extra charge. I stayed for 10 days in this riad, and it was an amazing experience. The staff truly felt like family. They are so helpful and friendly. I stayed there alone and was sick for a few days. While I was bedridden, they really took great care of me. I would return just for the staff alone. The riad itself was also BEAUTIFUL! Right in the middle of the medina, which made the experience even more special. All in all, this is the best place to stay if you're visiting Tetouan. They will definitely see me again. Very well managed hostel. My 4 bed (2 bunk beds) dorm had ample space with good locker facilities. Bathrooms clean and modern. Staff pleasant and helpful. Central, active location, yet quiet and private inside the hostel.
The location is perfect. It is very close to both bus station and Madina. And the whole hostel looks very luxury as it is very expensive, but it is very cheap. And people working there helps a lot. 10/10 experince for me.

Spacious,, clean, bright and comfortable private appartement with huge bathroom, lovely terrace with garden/pool view, sitting area and large bedroom. Very quiet.
Our host, Youssef, did everything to make our stay perfect. The breakfast, served in a Riad like setting, was opulent with different kinds of fresh bread, pancakes, fruits, confiture, honey, butter etc.
Absolutely nothing left to wish for.

There is secure parking nearby for motorbikes; we parked in the square and helpful staff took us to secure parking ( and helped carry panniers!!). The location is just inside the medina but was atmospheric and quiet.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the communication was great. The location is right next to the centre of the modern part of the city, and has lots of cafes and restaurants and shops nearby. The room was a good size, and access to a small balcony was a welcome addition in the middle of summer. Much cheaper than other private rooms elsewhere in Tetouan and included a small breakfast.
