This kasbah is a must-stop for anyone traveling between Marrakech and Merzouga. The house is authentic, set in a unique environment. The family was incredibly welcoming, making you feel at home. The room was very comfortable. It's worth mentioning that we recommend having dinner here. They prepared an amazing homemade dinner for us on the terrace. It was a perfect 10. And breakfast was also delicious. This was one of the loveliest places we stayed during our trip, and we highly recommend it without any doubt.

Kasbah Assafar, Aziz, Fatima & everyone are wonderful. A great place to break up a trip through the Valley of the Roses & the road of a thousand Kasbahs. For us it was a unique opportunity to stay in a very luxurious Berber Kasbah & stroll through the type of garden valley typical around here that has sustained life for the locals for centuries. The food, from the local gardens, was excellent. Aziz runs trips & I'm sure is a great guide as well as being very invested in helping his community & share his knowledge & love of traditional ways while being firmly planted in the 21st Century. Thankyou.
Well signed, we found it fine after dark. Cell phones work & a Taxi from Kalaat M"Gouna shouldnt cost very much.

An amazing hidden gem.
We showed up late and we were still welcomed into a beautiful Kasbah.
We spent the evening in the courtyard under the stars drinking tea and enjoying the company of Muhammad and his family.
The rooms were clean and the bathrooms nice.

This place is just superb! Abdil and his family have taken great care in building the house using only traditional materials and building techniques, and the result is outstanding. There are quirky features throughout, and everything is tastefully done.
Abdil is a great host, he let us store our motorbikes inside the garden area and kindly showed us the old Kasbah in the village, which was really interesting.
Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, I would recommend this place 100%

Amazing stay, especially for this price. We came at night so we had a great surprise with a magnificent view in the morning. The room with panoramic windows was amazing, and absolutely worth it.
