The house is really cozy and equipped with all the basics for a comfy stay (incl. Dishwasher). The room had its own code-lock, front door opens with a tag key. The landlady is friendly and responsive. Everything was easy and made our stay in Riga quite pleasant.

Nothing much. Just upon entering the smell was really bad in the reception. The place is located in the basement so the atmosphere is grey - both for smell and dark premises. The kitchen is horrible - it smells bad and it's dirty.

The person who met us was very friendly and nice and also offered us the transportation to the airport early in the morning. The bed clothing were clean and nice.

The apartment is very clean, spacious. You have there everything you need for short or long stay. The owner is very helpful. They responded immediately to any questions and were very helpful in my extra asking. I am really grateful and was delighted to stay there.

Great location - in the middle of the old town, close to attractions and bars, but still quiet and private. Parking is at additional cost (city parking) but they offer special hotel price - 15 eur/night. The parking lot is close to the hotel. Room was clean, well equipped and warm.
Charming, clean and quiet cozy little flat, not far from the city center in a working class district. Authentic experience, similar to probably how soviet life in Riga was in the 1960s-70s. The bed and the wifi is excellent! Top floor.
