Maheshi and her beautiful family could not have been any kinder to me during my stay at their lovely home. During my time there, I felt like I was being welcomed as one of the family. They helped me with medicine, tuktuks, trains etc.
The room was so comfortable and spacious, with mosquito net around the bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was so clean and had a large, powerful shower. There is a wonderful rooftop perfect for morning yoga surrounded by the beautiful trees and plants growing around the house. Breakfast is served on a balcony each morning and you can hear birds singing. There is also a kitchen available for guests to use to prepare and store your own food.
The best breakfast I have had in Sri Lanka - everything from homemade milk rice to sambol to omelettes and fresh fruit and bread. Maheshi was so generous with the portion size and the food was so delicious. She also offered tea throughout my stay and helped me to recover from illness.

We loved the design and layout, the rooms are all individual and gorgeous. The position was fab right on a gorgeous quiet beach. It had a lovely casual feel. The staff are like one big family and treat their guests like family too. Stayed 4 nights left and came back for 10 we loved it so much.

Me and the wife found this place for a last minute booking and only stayed for a short while but we were so glad we found it as we will definately be back. The personal service and attention to detail provided by Sanjee was second to non, nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect right next to the beach which was very quiet and peaceful, not your usual tourist trap. The villa its self is beautiful and the gardens really make it a tropical paradise. I really cant speak highly enough of the place and we cant wait to come back.
