This place was a fantastic find , away from the noise and traffic of Main Street midigama.
The room and grounds were immaculate, and the hostess worked very hard all day to keep it so. She was also very helpful and thoughtful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean . The aircon worked great. Overall a great value.

Hiumi and her family were so warm and inviting, we really felt like home. There is nice outside kitchen and a balcony with a lushes view. Rooms are spacious ,nice and very clean.

There is a kitchen and a fridge you can use.
The location seems to be perfect for surfers and also people with a scooter. But if you are none of those persons you either walk a lot or take the buses which are passing on regular basis.
There is some western standard restaurants close by if you’re not looking for local prices/food.

The owner family was super nice! Jayalath assisted us via whatsup, everything (Check-in, extend stay and organize breakfast etc) was organized smoothly. His wife welcomed us with lovely smile and humble attitude. She also brought us fresh fruits sometimes. Their dad wiped to dry our bike after rain. They are so thoughtful, they made our stay comfortable as much as possible.
The place itself was in good location. Only 2mins walk to surf (lazy left), and in quiet street. Short drive to Ahangama or Weligama.
Big clean room with fan and private bathroom. Basic but good enough for the really cheap price !!!

Shower and aircon worked perfectly, no mosquito net but also no mosquitos… everything was clean and comfy, owners often bring fresh fruit in the morning free of charge. Did laundry here which was cheapest I’d seen in Sri Lanka. Room also had plates, cutlery etc if needed, drying rack etc.
Sweet family, perfect location with private beach. Possible to order (cheap and tasteful) foods and drinks at the stay. Rooms pretty basic but well for the price.

Sweet local family business with friendly and kind staff who took good care of us. The location is perfect if you’re looking to stay on a very chill spot that’s still very accessible to the busy Weligama. Couple of great surf spots (i’m beginner so not for me:)) right in front of the property. Beautiful quiet private beach. Stayed with a friend for a week and will come back for sure!
