Proximity to the airport was our main concern so we were very happy to be greeted personally after midnight.
The room was cool and clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was ample and our host showed us where the fruit grew. He was very helpful with arranging transport and looked after our luggage until we were ready to leave.

I was welcomed in like family and given a cold drink upon arrival. They even carried my heavy backpack up the stairs to my room which was very kind. My large room was comfortable, modern, clean, and had everything I could want (including soaps, shampoo, and even conditioner)!
It was nice having the option to purchase dinner on-site and the covered rooftop deck for dining (or relaxing) was great as well!
I especially enjoyed the information about Sri Lanka's history that the owner told us about during dinner. He is a wealth of knowledge and has been all over the country.
The breakfast in the morning was very filling with a good variety of options and the free ride to the airport was a great bonus as well!
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for anyone passing through the area either before or after a flight. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! 🙏🏼

Very clean. Very comfortable. Nice location. Easy to get an Uber to the airport for 700lkr. The owners were very warm and friendly. They had done a cooking lesson earlier with other guests and invited me to enjoy some of the food for dinner. I also enjoyed sitting on the terrace for one last sunset before heading home.

I really enjoyed my stay here though it was super short, due to a hiccup in my travel plans it was perfect. Was welcomed by the hosts with cold water & even offered a cold beer, showed to my room which was comfortable, private, and quiet & all the facilities were great! Bonus they dropped me off at the airport in the moring at 2am free of charge, It's seriously worth staying if you're flying in or out of the airport!

He got up at 2.15am to take me to the airport (thank you so much - so sorry for the early drive - but very very much appreciated). It is so close to the airport but not so close that you can’t sleep - you can. Great comfy bed, lovely little private room, very quiet and great facilities. Would definitely stay again and happily recommend to everyone and anyone :)
Spotless throughout and great location, literally 3 minutes from departures at Bandaranaike Airport. There’s a brand new pool but hadn’t opened yet so good for future travellers. The aircon was ice cold and quiet and you get free tea and coffee and fresh bottled water each day. The staff were wonderful and kind. We got a TukTuk for just over £2 to Negombo Beach so it’s not isolated. Use the PickMe app when in Sri Lanka.
This is a comfortable small hotel and well situated for outgoing and incoming guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made every effort to make our short stay a pleasant one. The surrounding garden is charming and the rooms are spacious with an added porch area to make the most of the morning and evening quiet times. The transfer to the airport was very convenient and efficient.

Perfect spot before our trip home to UK. Then our flight was cancelled so the owner kindly offered us another night and gave us 25% off. I thought this was an amazing gesture. The room was turned around for us very quickly. The rooms themselves are kitted out well, modern and fresh. Our room was super large too. The owner was kind enough to drive me to the airport about 3 times to sort out flights due to Dubai flooding.

Just perfect for a peaceful relax before you travel onwards. Gracious and kind hosts, a generous breakfast with fresh fruit and salad sides. Great air con after you finish sunning yourself on the balcony. Internet was great, as I had a little work to finish. Thank you, perfect!
Breakfast was good and hearty. Cooked freshly, so took a little time. We ordered vegetarian Dosa for dinner and they were good although again a little wait as freshly cooked from scratch. This is a quiet place with huge grounds. Feels both colonial and yet zen like. Interesting statues and decor gave it a charming feel. Staff were very helpful. We had a late flight (3 am) and they took us to the airport. Nice pool...but no pool towels so you have to use your room's bath towels.
