The host mr indika was great ... very friendly and even with my delayed flight waited for me very early in the morning. As well as helping me with a phone sim. Loved the spacious room and roof terrace where I had a great breakfast. I would stay again and recommend his place.

Close to the airport. Absolutely new building (that’s the reason why there aren’t many reviews yet), clean rooms, bathroom, comfortable beds. Everything was like in description.
Keerthi was very hospitable and helpful. Served us good continental breakfast with eggs, bread and jam in a pleasant dining room upstairs.
Kitchen was clean, had kettle and cooker, fridge , cups, and plates.
No insects of mosquitoes
AC worked well, WiFi was good.

It was Neil and his sister (NICKNAMED Florence, as she was fantastic, I cane to Shon Villa for peace, quiet and respite. They both are genuine, honest, respectful people/staff. As a business owner I would be privileged to have them run my business. Stay was sp good I postponed travelling and booked 2 extra nights. The food was the best I've tasted and I've been in Sri Lanka for 6 weeks. Definitely will come back

I really enjoyed my stay at the villa! The location was perfect, close to excellent restaurants and shops. The villa itself was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and a cozy bed. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It felt very private, which was exactly what we were looking for. Overall, I felt it was excellent value for the money, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Really nice new house, everything is clean. Feels like a private villa. The owner, Nelson, is very nice, speaks fluent English, and can drive you from the airport anytime. The housekeeper Basil is also nice and makes good sri lankan or Western breakfast. 20 minutes drive from airport and 40 min from colombo.
The host was amazing and the property is well situated between a community . It’s located between the airport and the city . It’s a charming modern home and ideal place to relax away from the hustle and bustle .
This place is very clean and calming. We stayed there for one last night before flying home and just wanted to relax. It's very quiet and a good place to relax and get some rest. The breakfast was very good and the man working there very kind and friendly. Just notice that there are not many nice restaurants around and Ja-Ela city is very busy and not good to relax. But you can also order food via Pick Me App. I loved the garden and the pool - lots of birds to watch and very calming.
It is close to the airport, has a pool and is relatively cheap. Never the less - the place needs a proper cleaning and looks a bit like the years got ahold of it. But the friendly and helpful staff made it even for us.

A beautiful villa in a quiet location close to the airport but also close to the lagoon and the amazing wildlife there.
Sudesh looked after all our needs and got up early to take us to the airport in his tuk tuk.
The villa was beautiful and our hosts were very welcoming. They shared local tours, offered dinner for an additional fee and booked for us to have a student yoga instructor do a private class with us. A lovely fruit platter was offered to us afterwards which was a much appreciated gesture. This was a perfect way to end our trip and was conveniently located 20mins from the international airport and a short 10min walk from Jai-Ela (supermarkets, restaurants, cash points). Very good value for money.
