Very disappointing. The location was great and our stay could have been lovely if it wasn't for the bedbugs. I woke up at 2.30am covered in bedbug bites and obviously could not return to bed/sleep. We informed the owners in the morning but they did not deem to acknowledge our concerns and proceeded to issue us with a bill as if everything was OK.

Excellent location near the railway station. Very nice villa with a couple of rooms and very nice shared areas. All very clean and furnished in a beautiful way. The Guest house has been the most beautiful and cleanest accommodation we have had in Sri Lanka. The mountain and small lake view from the balcony is breathtaking and so cozy . The delicious breakfast was served to us on the balcony and you can enjoy the view and nature during the meal.
The location is also quite good, 5 min walking distance to maskeliya town and best stop before adam's peak hiking and visit waterfalls around.
The host Namal was very friendly and organised a driver for us to the next stop. And dinner is very tasty and so good .Thank you so much for everything .
We felt so comfortable in your place and would recommend it anytime.

This place is such a gem! The view from the common area is breathtaking, and the peaceful sounds of nature are incredibly relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfy. The family who runs it is warm, welcoming, and caring, making you feel like you're visiting your own family. Plus, they cook delicious home-cooked meals that add to the wonderful experience. This was my second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first.

I came here to rest before climbing Adam’s Peak. The owner picked me up from the railway station free of charge. He took me to Adam’s Peak for a very decent price and it was lovely coming back to a lovely breakfast made by his wife. Dinner was also great! The bed was comfy and the place is very quiet, also being a short walk to Hatton centre. He also offered a nice tour of Hatton area. I reccomend!
Location was great, right next to the station. The garden out the front was so pretty and lovely and you had a nice view. The man who owns the house was so lovely and accommodating and took care of anything we needed (laundry, towels, etc.). He even brought us over some chocolate which was super sweet of him. The shower and bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a fan in the room (no ac but we didn't need it). Really nice and super cheap restaurant around the corner too!
In a quiet area with great views over the tea plantations.. Nice staff. A hot water shower was much appreciated. You tend to get cold water showers in budget accommodation in Sri Lanka
A great location to rest up before and after Adam’s Peak climb. Spacious, comfortable, quiet apartment with beautiful view over green hills from the balconies. Hot water in shower was very good, as was wi fi.
The views are spectacular and the staff are so kind, efficient and attentive. Raj in particular was excellent! We loved how quiet it was here and the food was also very good. It is not a 5 star hotel but if you’re looking for clean, comfortable, private and personal then this is the place.
Ragen and his wife were great hosts, the meals were great and very generous and Ragen gave me a good deal transporting me to Adams peak for the sunrise. also a great location, so easy from the train station and into town!
Everything was great! Amazing views and landscapes, beauty of the lake and tea fields, quietness and fresh air, excellent service. We had bungalow with lake view. It was very comfortable and cosy, every detail has been carefully thought out, including umbrellas and delicious tea and coffee. The meal was very good although not cheap. It’s one of the best hotels I have been to.
Tea Hills Bungalow was a great choice. I've never had such an amazing experience with the Service. Everyone Was so kind and helpful and made me feel like home. Especially the apprentice Dilan did an amazing Job. Always smiling. He even drove me to Adams Peak, slept in the TukTuk to wait for me and drove me back, organized a private visit to the church and was always there for me. Thank you so much everyone for making Hatton such a nice experience. The rooms are comfortable and it is really private and quiet:)
