EdenHaven cottage is most definitely a garden of Eden and a Haven from the rat race. the cottages are both modern and traditional with striking little artisan touches. the shower room is beautifully appointed. the outdoor private veranda was most relaxing, the lighting, natural teak wood floors and furniture are all the inspiration and imagination of a most hospitable and charming young man Anju. he couldn’t have arranged and done more for my husband and I. our breakfast, evening meals were varied, tasty and juicy. waking up to and settling into the evenings were harmonious, the garden produced the sounds of nature that send you to sleep and invite a new day. i can’t say enough about this open , warm, genuine family hospitality. i didn’t want you to leave.
last but not least. my husband, Anju and his safari colleague Lasindu arranged to have my 61st birthday breakfast within the safari on top of a plateau overlooking the national park. cake , presents and a wonderful rendition of happy birthday could be heard by the whole national park… tearful and most privileged to have such attention to genuine detail. Anju and Lasindu and ian of course. thank you from the bottom of my heart for one of thee most memorable experiences.

This is a very romantic place on the lake side. The owner built a pontoon on the lake and you can have dinner there. It is very nice and quiet. The lady cooked very good beakfast and dinner and her husband drives a safary jeep so we had a full day safari in Udawalawe National Park. Amazing experience!!! Go there!

Everything from the park like setting to the beautifully decorated, very clean rooms to the wonderfully tasty food they prepared for us. They even paled us a great lunch for our safari. But the crowning jewel was the beautiful river that flowed through their backyard.

This property is a fabulous hotel situated in Udawalawe SriLanka, The host gave me a perfect welcome that i have never seen. there is a unique activity, no one can find in Udawalawe even any of the property except this hotel. They were always provide the things to do gem mining activity at their property. if you wish to visit SriLanka, just peep to this place and just feel the nature and get unforgettable experience in your life. Elephant Transit Home and National Park is situated very close to this property. Always they were arranging the safari for guests and they provide transport from airport to hotel and to other destination. I highly recommended this hotel. Just visit and get your precious experience.

it is a small villa with fan and a/c, surrounded by a large and sumptuous garden, it is very quiet. there is a small corner by the lake to lie in a hammock. this little paradise is conducive to relaxation. I recommend
It’s an oasis of peace and serenidity in a otherwise very busy town. It’s hard to believe it’s so close to the main road yet so quiet. The manger of the place is very nice and helpful. He has managed to organise a fantastic last minute safari for us with a delicious takeaway breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone.
