The hotel is lovely, it was clean and the room was big enough, with super comfortable bed. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was okay, although I would prefer more options then eggs (especially local food).

This is such a unique and special experience. Any Bawa fans should take the opportunity to stay at this residence while in Colombo. The breakfast provided is generous and delicious. The locations was off a busy roadway, so you had easy access without the noise pollution. There is a nice little cafe below that serves quite an extensive western menu and a mini retail area where you can purchase locally made souvenirs and tea. I also appreciated how they provided a water dispenser in the hall way as well as mosquito repellant

This is really a very special place, individual, hidden and very cosy! All the service staff was so kind and even helped me to get my delayed luggage from the airport (special thanks go to Imran)!
