Good place for the price. Interior of room is okay. Tiled floor. Double bed . If you need a place to stay in emergency,just to spend the night, recommended. But if you are a girl who is travelling alone i dont recommend as the out side, garden seems bit dark. Room is renovated but a old house. I hope they will clean the grden more. Owners are friendly.

This is such a unique and special experience. Any Bawa fans should take the opportunity to stay at this residence while in Colombo. The breakfast provided is generous and delicious. The staff are very kind and passionate about maintaining Bawa’s legacy and provide guidance without making you feel like you need to be overly concerned or precious about your surroundings. The locations was off a busy roadway, so you had easy access without the noise pollution.
There is a nice little cafe below that serves quite an extensive western menu and a mini retail area where you can purchase locally made souvenirs and tea.
I also appreciated how they provided a water dispenser in the hall way as well as mosquito repellant

Stayed here because the place is close to Immigration office. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, there is a supermarket and lot of bakeries and restaurants close by. The AC was working very well during really hot day in Colombo.
Udara is a very nice guy, friendly and welcoming. This is a room in their home, so it’s a family place. The room for the price was nice, queen size bed and private toilet. I just needed to stay one night for going to the department of Immigration so I you need it for this reason this is a perfect place. Location is good and it’s super easy to move by pick me app.
I needed visa extension.. Stayed at villa 53.. 2 mins walk to visa office. Pure luxury.. All the mod cons. Lovely pool outback. Great staff. Just what I needed..
