The room was really big - we had a sofa and dining table as well as a desk area and bathroom.
It was really quiet and had a nice garden.
The host was extremely helpful - we arrived at 4am and she waited up, she helped organise a taxi for us when we left and gave us directions to local supermarkets/restaurants.
The breakfast was nice - there were a few different options.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
A simple, but nice and functional studio apartment. It was very hot while we were there, so the aircon was very much appreciated. Quiet location fairly close (walkable if you like long-ish walks) to major attractions and supermarkets..
The staff was extremely helpful and had a good grasp of English. The air conditioning in our second room (see below) worked well in the summer and the room itself was large. The breakfast had a good selection and omelets were made to order. The area around the hotel was mostly quiet.
The hotel is located close to some good restaurants (like Pecorino just one block away) and a medium-sized shopping mall.

The location of the hotel is very bad, the surrounding area is dirty and messy, and the experience is very bad. It is not recommended to stay here. In fact, there are many hotels with similar prices in the city center, which are quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff is very indifferent, and it seems that they are in a bad mood every day.
This is a great hostel (although it was fairly quiet during my stay). It’s spacious, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped (each with its own modern bathroom), the location is literally the centre of the city, and it’s very affordable. I’d definitely stay here again!
Great location close to the city centre. The breakfast was amazing, and exceeded my expectations - it included fresh local fruits and milk products, cereals, omelettes, GREAT COFFEE!!! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The receptionist was able to talk English, and helped me a lot with arranging a taxi and other things.
