Easily one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at, ever. Everything is as described. Every inches of it is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet and safe to say I slept incredibly well (this is very important especially when you’re traveling). And on top of it, the service is outstanding. It’s family-owned and everyone is warm, kind and very helpful. They treat you very well. I really liked the location of the hotel. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as well as a metro station. The wifi is super fast and pretty reliable. The beds are really comfortable, and the room is really modern. The smaller size of the hotel makes it more boutique and quiet. The lobby is gorgeous and great to hang out when you're waiting for people, or arriving back after a day out.
A charming guesthouse with exceptionally high character, built in the owner's courtyard, is new, clean, and quiet. The area is characterized by iron-clad buildings, which are quite unique, and it is a 30-minute drive from the city center.
Great location, easy to get to, quite cheap and good value. Rooms were indeed extremely small capsules but it fit all my stuff and was comfortable and private. Breakfast was also quite good. Staff were very accommodating about luggage storage.

The location was perfect, very close to the city center and many stores and supermarkets are available nearby. The price for a private room was very good. Quiet room.
Had a fantastic stay at Hostel Viator. The host was so friendly and hospitable. She allowed us a late check out too which was very kind and gave us a little gift when we were leaving. Very charming accommodation with fantastic facilities. Self-service laundry was available for only 500 tenge. The property was absolutely spotless. Very private, quiet and safe. Good location, not far from Hotel Kazakhstan and many coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I can’t rate this place highly enough!
The hotel was really clean, quiet, and centrally located to the north train station and bus lines to the airport. The bed was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. The breakfast was good. Even though the hotel wasn't in the city center, it was about a 30 minute walk to the main zones OR you could easily take a super cheap bus just down the street (about a 5 min walk to the bus stop). Also, a metro station was about a 7-8 minute walk away. So... quite well connected to the city, but for a fraction of the city prices!!
