A perfect homestay with big veranda and open kitchen perfect enough for family with babies or couple who intend to have good time staying leisurely. Feels like countryside yet 10 metres to restaurants, grocery shops, markets etc.
The owner, their family and the entire neighborhood was welcoming.
The rooms were clean, though we never needed housekeeping for our 4 days stay.Showers had warm water.
We used the kitchen extensively to cook our babies and parents food. Drinking water was available at the accommodation for free.
The served morning breakfast at the restaurant which was like 10 metres.
10 minutes to Old Market, Pub street, New Market etc

Nice budget hotel outside of downtown SR. For me it was 10 minutes walking, situated in a non party district so you can get some good rest there. The owner speaks a little English and is absolutely sweet and polite person. They stored my luggage when I took 2 days trip around province. The hotel itself is not luxurious but much better than most you can find in downtown, and a lot cheaper too. On booking they were listed 15usd/night … but the street sign if you walk in says 7! That discrepancy is why I deducted a star. The same time it is still a very good deal. Maybe the building is not new but it is ok and has nice clean pool. There was even hot water and toiletries provided. The only thing I can think about is that room really need more cleaning. Spiders webs can be removed easily and it will change an impression…

I’m really happy with my choice to stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, employees were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Additionally, the room was always cleaned upon return from our daily tours. Loved the morning breakfast and the breakfast crew was always working hard to provide excellent service. Will definitely stay again when in Siem Reap

I had a great stay with Anou. She was so warm and welcoming when I arrived, helped me book my bus travel to my next destination, and had great recommendations for places to visit in Siem Reap. The property was incredibly clean, there was a lovely balcony on the second floor, and my room was very comfortable and a great value for the price! I wish I could have stayed with her longer, truly excellent service from a caring host!!

The pool looked nice although I did not use. Nice bar and breakfast tables poolside. Seemed like a friendly, sociable area to relax and visit with others.
The owner trusted me to leave after one night and return to pay, because I could not get USD from several ATMs

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
It was a really good surprise to discover this little jewel in the middle of the city, with a lovely roff terrace , with fridge and hot water.
Really helpful hosts, kind and very polite .
Definitely deserves a 10 this quiet place.
The manager Ian was one of the kindest and most genuine persons that we have ever met. The place was clean, room was comfy and location is great to visit Angkor and the free Botanical Gardens. Property is very quiet and green. Do bring a good mosquito repellent:) Ask Ian for anything you would like to visit and he will sort it out. 100% Recommended.
The beautiful guesthouse is perfectly located about 10-15min walking distance to the city center but is still located in a quiet area. Rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean, great bathroom. The host family is super nice and will provide guidance with all your questions. Exceptionally good value for money! Breakfast is simple but very fresh and good :)
Great place in a quiet area and close to Angkor Wat. Taro was really welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. You can book tours or rent bicycles there or just chill on the terrace.
We really liked our stay at Sothea Homestay, a new structure run by a very lovely family. It is more a guesthouse where you really feel at home sharing the family space.
We enjoyed our comfortable large room, nice bed, good shower. Aircon and fan worked properly. We also liked being close to Siem Reap center but also in a quiet (for the moment, road is new) street.
You can have laundry for a cheap price and well done, you can buy stuff like water on the shop below which are nice added services.
