The room was very nice and the beds were really comfortable. To us that was very nice as a lot of beds in Cambodia are somewhat harder. They surprised us with some nice treats in the morning, which was really lovely and delicious. The owner also drove us to the city center twice, which was not necessary but very much appreciated! The location is great as it is a very quiet street, but still only a short walk from the center itself.

Incredible value. Good location by the river and walk across bridge to other side where most places are. Excellent big gym and pool with a pool bar. Very cosy and love the traditional wooden furniture and decor in all the rooms, lobby and dining room. Breakfast was OK. Battambang very quiet nightlife but nice place for cafes and see the attractions nearby. The hotel can organise you bus and boat rides toSiem Reap, Phnom Penh etc. V nice cafe right next door with a small private cinema to hire rooms in groups

Absolutely fantastic hotel. It was a little bit of luxury for a night after a busy month of travelling. The room and bathroom were huge, quiet and very comfortable. I enjoyed the gorgeous pool, balcony and even some TV with Netflix and Prime access! The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Great location, we booked a tour via the hostel too. Free collection from the bus station. Not noisy, most people seemed bedded early because it’s not really a party place. We went for a private room, great size, and a balcony which was unexpected. Water available in the hostel for a small cost. Rooftop bar is nice, games available to play too. Did laundry also, $3/kg. Returned within 24h.

I had some of the best nights’ sleep of my trip here after travelling for almost a year. It’s very quiet at night and the beds are so comfortable. Our room was the cheapest and it was pretty basic but it was great value.

Very nice and private home stay at the property of a lovely family. Bun is a great host, he will do his best to make your stay perfect. He speaks English very well, and can arrange tours with wonderful guides who also speak English. He has a free pick-up service (which we recommend, because his property is not easy to find). Room was spacious and quiet, and has good airco and a large bathroom. The bed was comfy. There was free water to refill our water bottles.

the place is really quiet, and not too far from the city center. its an essential place, it looks like a traditional Khmer house, simple but clean and charming. the garden in the common place is beautiful and also the bar/restaurant. the owner is a friendly Cambodian man, he speaks English well, he gave me a lot of useful information. also the food was really good.
