We received a very friendly welcome with coffee and biscuits. The guesthouse was nice and clean. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and good air conditioning.and we slept really well as it was very quiet. The owner spoke very good English . The breakfast was excellent and very generous with a good selection of fried eggs, meat, cheese, bread, biscuits, pastries and fresh fruits We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this guesthouse.
The guesthouse has a nice atmosphere and is in the city center, with the Parc a few minutes away. We had a big room with a nice kitchen and a bathroom, very quiet and comfortable.
Excellent place to stay. A great location within walking distance to some good restaurants, the city centre, the bazaar, etc. Staff were very very helpful. Breakfast was good. Lovely garden to relax in.
It's a beautiful house with a very friendly Kyrgyz family, not too far from Osh's city centre. The room was neat and well decorated, and the shared bathroom and kitchen had all the required facilities. The mother and son who hosted us were incredibly welcoming - the son speaks English, the mother Russian.
The house is located in a quiet street but there are shops and banks within five minutes walk.
Nice guesthouse, friendly and helpful English speaking owner, the room was good as the wifi,enough hot water for shower. Optional breakfast is good and they offer different local dishes. I reccommend this place in a quiet neighbourhood,but very near the city center
The place is clean and nicely decorated, it has a good atmosphere in a quiet part of town. It's easy and cheap to get to the city center by bus or taxi.

- It WAS cheap for us, so can't complain too much, but costs have increased dramatically recently so I'm not sure it would retain any value there
This really was one of the better budget hotels I stayed in in Kyrgyzstan. My room was spacious, quiet and quaintly decorated, with modern fittings in the bathroom/toilet area. Thumbs up for the comfy matress. What I liked best was the garden where you can take tea at really any time of the day. I also enjoyed the many breakfast options. The owner, who is also a guide, gave me with many useful tips how to get around town.
Quiet guesthouse of two rooms in Osh city center, in the middle of two private houses. Shared bathroom. There is a fridge and a microwave. A bit small everything, but cozy. The owner and his son speak English and are helpful. In Kyrgyzstan, even more in Tajikistan, you're lost if you don't find anybody who speaks English and who is ready to organize the further steps for you.
