We spent 3 weeks in Japan and stayed at many hotels and rooms, all very nice. But, I have to say this was by far the best place we stayed at while in Japan. It is located right outside one of the entrances to Kansai University and the train station is steps away. The home is beautifully decorated and the serene atmosphere was relaxing. Our room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts gave us clear instructions on how everything worked and helpful information on the surrounding area. When returning to the area, this will be our first choice.

Location’s great, near Dotonbori and busy streets. Spacious enought to open your luggages. Self Checkin/checkout procedure, we have no problem with it.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.

Close to the train station, small shops, and several good restaurants (opposite to the train station, one level higher - is not so easy to find, but you can eat there cheaply).
It was in a nice quiet area outside of the hustle of the main tourist areas of Osaka, very clean and the staff were super friendly and communicated well information about our stay.
Extremely convenient location - it's directly next to the station, and it's far cheaper than staying in a more central location (one or two train stops away).
Staff are friendly and helpful, and the room/lobby are stocked with a useful variety of amenities.
