The staff were super chill and very kind. The room was cute, little, and comfortable. The location is good--it's a reasonable walk from the train station. There is a washer that you can use (I didn't use it, but like that it is available). The shared bathrooms and showers were also good.

The staff member was absolutely lovely. She was a sweet and smart young lady who was always readily available to help us with anything we had questions about!
