The mountains, the countryside, the peace and quiet, nature, and the fire place. Best of all, the hosts are very warm and friendly, helpful and hospitable. The house is spacious and clean with food preparation facilities and laundry too. The house is well heated to keep us warm in the cold cold winter. We booked all 3 rooms and we have the whole house to ourselves.

the location was beyond convenient. we couldn’t have been happier. it was a 2-minute walk to the gondola, and upon bus arrival, the host Ken picked us up in his personal car.
the facilities were very clean and well taken care of. we stayed for a week and we’re given new linens.
the host Ryo and her husband Ken don’t speak lots of English, but with a little help from Google translate, they are delightful. getting to know them and their daughter was one of our favorite parts. they are kind, courteous, and want you to feel taken care of. they also cook breakfast and dinner with such care, and it’s delicious!! you will not feel hungry.
we can’t say enough about how happy we were.

I ended up not staying here, but the staff was very nice. I left my snowboard here for a week since I had to leave Niseko, and came back to pick it up on check-in.

Closely located to the Annupuri gondola, approx. an 8 minute walk or less. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is not much to do within the lodge and not much space for activities, but there is an onsen nearby and the shuttle which can take you to the other resorts. Overall, I loved my stay here, probably the best budget friendly accommodation you can find in Niseko.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The room was amazing with a gorgeous view of the mountain - loved sitting in the private onsen after a day of snowboarding. Ski in ski out was so convenient, as were the storage lockers. Great breakfast options, also with a great view. Really nice staff. Great location.
It is a villa that's been turned into a multi-room 'bed and breakfast' - on top of the beautiful home and comfy stay, the location of this villa is amazing as it's just a stone's throw away from the main ski lifts (if you're in Niseko for skiing/snowboarding). The place also comes with both private and public onsens which is the perfect answer to a long day of snow sports.
Great location, just 10 minute walk to Grand Hirafu central bit of shops and restaurants. David and Elle are great hosts, always so kind and helpful, they made us fantastic breakfast every morning and drove shuttle up to the mountain. Walk back from ski field to accommodation was just around 10 minutes.
Accommodation was always clean and warm, perfect place for ski holidays!
Great location friendly very helpful staff private toilet free shuttle to ski field. On site restaurant, cheap. 7-11 and other eateries across the road .On major bus and shuttle route
It's a very quaint inn. Breakfast was delicious (courtesy of Dave's wife). Location is quiet. Nearest ski location is Niseko Village. There's a hotel car that can pick up at a convenient location when you get down from.the bus. View from.the hotel is beautiful. Owner Dave is responsive and can give some suggestions.
Great Location. The cottage is right at the centre of Hirafu, walking distance to the supermarket, and restaurant.
We got picked up by Kenji from JR station, and Odajima-san is also a great host and communicative. Got discounted rate for renting the snow gears
And finally, the cottage itself is perfect, provide everything we need, and we get to see the snow from the bedroom window and also from the balcony. Thanks Odajima-san. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.
Located in a quiet position in Hirafu we loved the fact Villa Yin was modern and well appointed . The host and staff were fabulous. The communal dining and living area was stunning and the private onsen was perfect after a day of skiing . Will definitely be back .
The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Ample parking which is close by. Tatami room was charming. We enjoyed being in a quieter spot, not in the middle of Hirafu village.
