I would definitely recommend this place.
Beautiful location. The renovated farm house was super clean and the bathroom facilities are very modern. Tatami rooms were spacious and we had a good nights sleep.
Heaters and AC throughout the house. Great space to BBQ outside. Owner is very helpful. Will come back any day!! Think this place will be magical in the winter.

The room was sizable and extremely cozy, with a portable heater unit. Rooms were well furnished. Amenities (toothbrush, razor, towel) were all provided. Skis and other equipment can be put in a heated ski room. Two shared bathrooms were more than enough.

Really good experience for the stay! Nice food , nice people and nice staff!
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
A truly incredible stay with some of the friendliest staff I've ever seen. Our room and private onsen were fantastic. The dinner was incredibly lovely and really added to the already fantastic experience. The scenery is just beautiful and there's gorgeous viewing windows to relax and watch as long as you'd like.
Incredible scenery, the onsen is breathtaking. We were here during the summer, it must be even more incredible in winter times.
The staff were also very friendly and caring.
We stayed in a river side main building room, the calm and quiet with nature's sound was so relaxing
We stayed at Micasa for two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Outstanding breakfast and dinner, wonderful onsens (we particularly liked the one in the open air), it's really magical when it's snowing outside, friendly staff. I've read that other guests complained about not having a private shower in their room - we had one. Wi-Fi was ok. Would definitely recommend!
A beautiful onsen set in a quiet mountain location. The outside onsen was special and overall the property was very clean, welcoming and a joy to stay at. The food was beautifully prepared and served and the staff were wonderful and accommodating.
Wonderful stay at traditional, spacious and cozy room (worn out but charming) with river view. Beautiful hot indoor and outdoor baths (yes, they are hot near the water source and warm further from it - not cold).
Free shuttle bus twice a day and in the morning.
Dinner and breakfast were great, staff wonderful. The whole experience depends on a room and building you choose, we were in the main old building and had private separe for dinner and breakfast.
