A visit to Treviso was made even greater thanks to Alessandro and Villa Romano. We appreciated the most generous hospitality, feeling as if we were visiting a friend's home.
The whole house has an aura of the elegant luxury of a bygone age, still with stylish and clever modern touches, which, combined, make one feel serene, leisurely and calm. Upon entering the house a lavish living room serves as the entrance and taking the corridor and stairs one is led to their room.
The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable but very well equipped. The breakfast was great tasting and varied, showcasing local products of excellent quality and served in a lounge which seems like it was once the dining room of the house, making it feel so very cozy. The outside of the house is also very spacious with ample car parking area and a cute veranda porch.
All of this however is not complete without the human element, and this is provided by the owner, Alessandro, who combined hospitality with kindness and generosity to make us feel humbled to be his valued guests. Grazie per tutto!!!

Very quiet place with a lovely garden, spacious rooms and swimming pool. Venice, Padua, Treviso and prosecco hills nearby. Very friendly owner who gave us good tips about restaurants and how to travel to Venice. We took the train at the nearby station and in 20 minutes we were in the centre of Venice. Lovely breakfast at the terrace outside in the shade of the trees. We loved our stay.
