Simple yet elegant. The room was on second floor with a big terrace towards the city and sea. It gave a refreshing feeling as soon as you enter. Would love to stay again. The location is very close to a nice car parking. Patritzia is a humble host and a great guide.

While the hotel doesn't offer parking, there's a free municipal lot just 350 meters away, which is convenient. The location is perfect, only a few minutes by car from the beaches and a short walk from the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Simona, our host, provided a warm welcome. The breakfast was good, better than what I've had at other hotels in Sardegna.
I have controversial feelings about this hotel. There were a couple of things that upset and spoiled the rest. But firstly about advantages:
+ absolutely amazing beach and water. Crystal clean blue water, warm but fresh
+ very beautiful area, a lot of flowers and trees, perfect loan. Big respect to the gardeners!
+ good clean rooms (but there is one big issue with air conditioning)
+ very quiet and peaceful, there is no loud music, and you feel private even though there are a lot of guests in the hotel
Beautiful boutique hotel with pretty bar, serving great and reasonably priced drinks. Helpful staff with a lovely evening restaurant. Nice small pool. It’s a great location with a short walk to town and short walk to the beach. Hotel sunloungers, towels and umbrella can be hired at the beach from €35 which is much cheaper than elsewhere on the island. Secure parking is also available
The hotel was located walking distance to the plaza, quiet environment . The family was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Delicious Breakfast was served everyday in the courtyard. Lots of space to hang and plan the day. Private parking available.
Great apartment. Very clean and tidy. Almost new. The different themes for different rooms is a nice touch. Very well equipped, has everything you can ask for. Angelo is an excellent host who gave us tips and guidance throughout our stay. Very nice welcoming basket and small gifts hidden in the apartment. Great location, just outside the city center, within 10 mins you are in the city center. To get to the beach a car is recommended. Very quiet and calm gated community. We didn't miss anything.
Hello Fenicia Residence! We really liked this hotel with a charming view of Simius beach, good service, quiet atmosphere, excellent breakfast and of course the beautiful beach. The only thing we missed was the hot water in the bathroom, but you can get used to it with time! It is also good that the hotel is located a little away from the town of Villasimius. Will definitely come back to this lovely place, see you Martins!
beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood and walking distance from restaurants and city centre. the rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed is comfortable and each room has a private terrace. Breakfast ( whatever you like)is served in the room, so you can have it on the terrace.The owner is very accommodating and helpful and friendly.
This Boutique Hotel fully merits its 5 star rating, ranging from the helpfulness and friendliness of it's staff, excellent breakfasts, overall cleanliness and quiet location, as well as the cocktail bar adjacent to the swimming pool. Highly recommended
