A true 5* experience ! A wonderful, welcoming place to stay. Our room showed endless attention to detail illustrating impeccable taste, from the samovar kettle to the beautiful light fitting in the bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight, served beautifully under the vine covered trellis. Local produce underlined Simonas ethical world view on sustainability. The location was perfect for us…the welcoming service by Lorenzo and Jenny was exceptional ( nothing too much trouble), the breakfasts were excellent and the evening meals when we required them were individually cooked to our preferences. Our hosts were very informative and helpful about the area and recommended some superb restaurants and attractions for us. We have booked a return visit next year.

We walked with two 15 years old children Via Francigena and stayed for 1 night at Sforza House. We stayed in spacious and very clean family room with beautiful bathroom. Giusy is a great host and also a good cook. She made us very welcome on our arrival. Lovely quiet setting and well presented and clean room. Breakfast was really nice and we ate in the restaurant in the evening, good choice of menu and all nicely cooked.
