Exceptional. Everything that makes Italy so worth travelling. Hotel and restaurant, separated by about 50-75m, are family owned. Marco, the proprietor, could not be kinder and more welcoming. Accommodations are absolutely classic. Basic but large space, tile and wood, antique, impeccably clean. The restaurant on the main plaza were my best meals in Umbria, and 30-40% less than Assisi. Next time, with a car, I would base myself here, off the peak tourist trail, but with easy access to everything. A stunningly beautiful small hilltop town, with great walks. Look forward to my return 🙏🏼

Really warm welcome in a delightful old farmhouse setting. A lot of character, very clean rooms with a new bathroom. Nazzarro’s breakfast was outstanding.

The location was awe inspiring. The friendliness of the hostess and the breakfast in the morning were beyond expectation.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
A great location, the rooms are within a beautiful old building but are lovely and modern. A very comfortable bed and modern amenities. We felt welcome. Parking directly out the front for free.
Nice owner-lady. Offered me a room on the back side of the property with a seperate entrance to my room from a quiet side.street. For me and my bike very comfortable - I did not even unload my bike to enter the room(s). Rooms well furnished, and eqiped, containing all the staff you need for a short or long stay.
By the way, I am terrible sorry for my previous (bad) rating, mistaking wonderfull Residenza SantEmiliano with a B&B I stayed before!!!
The building is beautiful and right in the old city centre of Trevi. Owners are very friendly, the room is beautiful! Huge bathroom. Breakfast is good; a croissant, rusks with jam, Nutella, butter and honey, yoghurt with cereal and fruit. There was a beautiful outside terrace but it was too cold and windy to use it, unfortunately. Would recommend to stay here when in Trevi!
Family-run hotel in a lovely little town, aperitivo each day with the family and other guests, beautiful rooms great location with wonderful views of Umbria, I would stay again for sure.
Good value and very pleasant property and host Eduardo. A short walk into the town to explore and eat. Just the job for a one night stop on a road trip through Umbria. Quiet and with a nice view.
The place does not have the luxury we expected based on the pics, but the staff, restaurant (including sunset view), vicinity of medieval Trevi compensates a lot.
