The hosts seemed nice and attentive, they left a wine bottle for us in the fridge and some room odorizant as a gift, however some basics weren't met.

Laura is an exceptional host, very friendly and talkative, responding quickly to our questions. Apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the lake and city centre - it's more quiet but still very close. Bike trails start also close to the place
Great location in the town centre, on the lakefront road with motorbike parking opposite. Warm welcome and upgraded as the room we booked was not available. Very pleasant room with a lake view and balcony with a private jacuzzi. Traffic quietened down overnight and not disturbed by noise. Close to the beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and plenty of choices.
A very nice, well-equipped apartment, nice area, very quiet neighborhood. It's clear that the apartment wasn't done cheaply, but rather well-invested. Ms. Fiorella is very kind and helpful.
We have nothing but compliments for Casa Pitem ❤️ Sofia and Gianluca are great hosts. A huge breakfast selection, a comfortable room and a quiet setting. We will stay here again when we next visit in January 25.
The apartment was even better than in the pictures. It was spotless and recently renovated with good taste and high quality materials. The apartment had good sound-proofing so it was very quiet at night — great for a good night sleep.
We were travelling with a small child so it was nice that there was a lift to our apartment and a shared laundry machine and dryer. We also had a crib and highchair ready for us in the room as requested. Laura and her family were great hosts, thank you once more for making our stay perfect!

Excellent breakfast with lots of savoury and sweet options as well as fresh fruit salad. Mini kitchen that made the studio a short term home.
For a short 3 days stay the hotel was perfect. Located very close to the city center, in a quiet area, it was great to wind down. The large pool, the sauna, very comfortable beds with balcony provided a great little break. The brealfast was extraordinary, and the staff accommodated all our desires in a super friendly way. The surprise was the small wine tasting experience where you can also take home a few liquid memories from Torbole!
