Great spot! Beautiful property, which must have been recently renovated as it's very modern and clean. Quiet location but close to the center and bike trails, with more than adequate space for car and bike parking. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We stayed 5 nights. The B&B was in a quiet and great location (views of the mountains) close to Tolmezzo which, was what we needed. Loretta was extremely attentive to details and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. She gave us names of towns to visits, etc. She cooked a cake every day which were extremely delicious: she is a super host and the family is extremely nice. We really felt like at home. If we come back, we definitely know where to stay: Mamma Lo!
