The jasmine was beautiful on the porch. Also, there was a full stocked kitchen for cooking. Parking was easy and it was easy to find as well. Also the inside of the place if very large with a lot of space. The host did restock water in fridge during stay.

The room was really good looking and we had our own kitchen and balcony available too.
In terms of location, the place is perfect, right in the middle of Teramo's old town. The area is super beautiful. You can walk everywhere. The train station is also quite close.
We've really enjoyed the breakfasts, served right up to our door. One night we had to go out early and the host provided us with breakfast the day before so we could still get something to eat in the morning.

Everything was as described in the booking materials. We were a family of five. Paolo greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything we needed to know. We enjoyed breakfast at our leisure each morning at the panetteria across the street. We would definitely consider staying at Paolo's Villa Lidia again.

It was centrally located, quiet, clean and fairly priced. Paolo, the proprietor, was kind, friendly and very responsive. We also appreciated that we had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and that breakfast was included. The cafe was close by and the service, coffee and pastries were fantastic. This was a wonderful place to stay. So amazing. Stunning views, with amazing rooms and restaurants with exceptional staff and very accommodating to food allergies. So quiet and peaceful with another great wine list. Beautifully decorated, appointed and comfortable rooms.
Beautiful building very close to the centre. There were a lot of older features in the building. The rooms (bedroom and kitchen) were spotless. There was access to a private bathroom right beside the room. There was a small balcony also, the majority of the other buildings were locals' apartments. Very nice!
