Absolutely stunning place to stay with beautiful views! The best view for us was Valentino Rossi motor ranch!!! Which is close to the B&B
Nicola is amazing very warm welcome when we arrived we instantly felt comfortable we were given lots of useful information on arrival recommendations of places and restaurants to visit.
Nicola was a fantastic host, Nothing was to much trouble for him, he even very kindly became our taxi one evening so we could have a bottle or 2 of wine!
Breakfast was lovely all fresh with lots of variety & choices!
Room was great very clean and comfortable! Good size clean bathroom with hairdryer available.
No air conditioning but don’t be put off by that the ceiling fan was great at helping us keep cool and it was very hot, 30+ degrees during our stay and we were very comfortable. Guests have use of a fridge, kettle and microwave in a well equipped kitchen for guests. We had a wonderful stay an was very sad to leave!

After a long trip by motorbike, the accommodation was simply superb. Cleanliness and friendliness of the hosts, and above all, a beautiful view and peace. Very satisfied and I highly recommend the accommodation.

It was a home from home beautiful garden to sit in and lovely big bedroom with tea and coffee available Rafaella is a superb host and couldn’t do enough for us even making my husband a cake made with oil as he is allergic to milk

Paola and Luigi are the best hosts anyone can ask for! Paola made a great breakfast and made a wonderful focaccia Barese style...We were told of a homey local restaurant and special places to go and visit.
The bed and breakfast was by far the cleanest and most welcoming places we have been to.

Marco, the host, was very welcoming and provided us with a great breakfast. He also assisted with restaurant options and sightseeing. It was a shame we only had the one night here, as the B&B was very comfortable and had the benefit of a lovely terrace overseeing the countryside.

There are stunning views from the property and easy parking. The themed rooms are quirky and fun and should appeal to Valentino Rossi fans
Seniora Rosie was excellent. She helped us with everything we needed and was a pleasure to meet her! The house was great with all the amenities and a luxurious breakfast accompanied with great Italian coffee. The location was great near Tavullia and very quiet. We will be there again.
The apartment is really big, well equipped, and the location is perfect, it is just in the city center.
Check-in and out was very smooth. Breakfast was in another location, but it is very near, and it is always a pleasure to take a walk in Vale's hometown :) I can only recommend it!
Great location, really near Tavullia and Misano circuit. Alvaro is THE BEST HOST, really nice. Everything is clean, the outside is also really beaitiful. We will come again for sure!
Quiet location with great views especially if you are a Rossi fan.........you have a view of the ranch!
