Il Poggiolo is perfectly located in Someraro, about 15 minutes by car from Stresa. The place is quiet, with beautiful old streets, it is also reachable within a walking distance from Stresa. The accommodation is extremely friendly, quiet, with a balcony offering a great view to the Lake Maggiore. Very comfortable and chic. Valeria and Andrea are perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with home made delicacies, i.e. quiche or focaccia and also cakes. Great coffee. Will definitely come back again! Just one insider tip: do not miss the great Ristorante Il Cardini located just around the corner, near the church.

We had a brief but lovely stay. The room was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and we had a lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend the place.

Garden Lodge was spotlessly clean, modern and amazingly quiet in a great location in the middle of all the shops restaurants and very near the ferry terminal for lake excursions. George and his family are incredibly friendly and offer a great selection of recommendations of places to go and the best restaurants to eat at. This is a delightful place and we would love to return.

Great central location but quiet, with good views from two terraces and well equipped. Very spacious private garage about 100m up the road. Patrizia was excellent host, very keen to ensure we had all we needed. Recommended.
The room is part of an old house, a family-run business, so the communication was prompt and quick. Barbara was great at responding and helping us out. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, although you will stay right next to the church, so be ready to hear the bells at 7:30 every morning.
We had the most amazing experience in this hotel. Great location just a couple of minutes by walk from the center, very clean rooms with all necessary amenities, complimentary water, spacious rooms for breakfast with lots of varieties and delicious coffee and the most important very welcoming, kind, nice people who did our stay unforgettable and kindly proposed second room for free as we had not booked originally twin room. Best ever experience, thank you team and the most charming manager (owner)!
The location, uphill from bevano, very close to Stresa, offers amazing views to the lake. Casa Rampolina is charming and quiet. Perfect for a few days of rest. The staff is incredibly nice, the breakfast is delicious, with local products. Their restaurant nearby is fenomenal, our favorite in the region. The jacuzzi in the garden is sooo relaxing. We had a perfect stay and loved everything!
Great location, not far from the city center, beautiful old hotel with great decorations, quiet and away from busy streets. amazing breakfast and the friendliest and most funny staff I have ever experienced at a hotel! also, don’t forget to pet Maya the hotel dog 😉
