We had a fantastic time staying at the B&B Ai Tre Archi, we felt like we were staying with family. The room was perfect, comfortable and close to everything you would need including multiple beaches, train station and fantastic restaurants. It was a perfect stay and the couple who own and operate the B&B treated us just like family.

Suite con vista, Is in a fantastic location with glorious views and even better with wonderful hosts Giorgio & Anna who may our stay so memorable . We can’t speak Italian and they can’t speak English but they had the patience to converse using google translate and we had a delightful conversation and aperative. Within a short 10 minute drive of Spotorno and Noli. Very generous breakfast. Couldn’t recommend it more.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Host was extremely friendly, full of advices where to go and what to see. Also extremely flexible about late checkin and breakfast. In warmer days breakfast outside will be very nice. Quiet area, we were allowed to have a puppy in room. Breakfast very sweet with home made delicious jam, cakes and cookies.
Staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly, the place is nice and considering the average price in the town is relatively cheap, very clean and I want to remark it: staff were absolutely fantastic!
I went with my daughter and we had really good time. The room was very comfortable and spacious, very clean. Big comfortable bed. We had a sea view which was amazing. Breakfast was buffet with so many thnigs to choose from. Good value for the price. Also nice that hotel has a swimming pool and the private beach. The sun bed's were extra cost. The amazing thing was that the sea is so beautiful and clean, cristal clear water. It was the most beautiful sea I have seen in the northern parts of Italy.
Great location, beautiful beach, great staff. It was clean, stylish. Breakfast was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Nice boutique hotel in very goof location. I loved the decoration (nice handmade fancy work pictures). Super breakfast with great cakes (you can pre-order the breakfast for next morning). Very nice staff.
Marco and his wife are the best hosts ever. They have been extremely friendly and helpful with me even if it was the first time I was there and just for one night.
I will never be thankful enough.
By the way, the property is just great, the room is spotless and has everything you may need.
Breakfast is very good with homemade cakes and other tasty stuff.
Free private parking and at walking distance from city center and beaches. All for a very competitive price.

Apartment in the basement of a privately owned villa with garden and pool. Short walk to the beach and city center. Very friendly and uncomplicated owners. Pool was nice and cleaned regularly.
An excellent breakfast buffet. Fresh fruit salad, unlimited coffee etc from machines which was surprisingly good quality. Fresh pastries as well as savoury options. We appreciated the vicinity to the beach - just take the lift down and cross the road. Lovely clean, blue sea and a well run "bagno" beach establishment with sun umbrellas and sunbeds, bar and informal restaurant offering salads etc. An easy 10/15min walk to the town along the seafront.
