Hosts were very kind and caring. Very new house, everything is new, good breakfast, good wifi, large private parking, very good rooms and house plan, close to Sperlonga. We made a reservation and had an issue with the guest number, so the host solved it very kindly and professionally.

The host was very friendly and kind. The apartment was located along one of the main roads in the old historic center of Sperlonga, very central and easy to access restaurants and shops. The panoramic view from the front terrace was worth every penny! The city parking structure is a 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it can be expensive. The host gave us the option to park in a distant but less expensive private lot, which was convenient for us.

Very clean and right by the beach perfect place to stay
It was spotless and had everything we needed. Very convenient to the beach and Sperlonga old and new town.
We loved the terrace which was huge and with wonderful views of the sea, sunsets and mountains.
Private secure parking too.
But very best of all was our host Vito. He was charming, always answering any questions immediately and so willing to help us with everything. It was like going to stay with my favourite cousin.
Clean, spacious and great location. It was in quiet neighborhood, 3 balconies and parking on the property 👍 would definitely stay again and recommend to the others!

Staff were very friendly when we arrived, they helped to park our car for 10 euros. Our seaview room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Water in the fridge, hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom.
Breakfast was the best! We pre-ordered and the restaurant was beautifully set out and looked stunning. All the food was cooked to order and was very impressive. Freshly made juices were fab. Wonderful, we will be back. Thank you!
The breakfast was very good with an ample selection of classic breakfast foods. Fresh fruit was available and they gave free refills of coffee. The hotel had its own private beach a sort distance away in a free shuttle bus.

Lovely country property a short walk from Sperlonga. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable with a small covered terrace outside, lovely views of the lemon grove and the lake beyond. Paula and Michele are great hosts, very friendly and hospitable and provide a great breakfast. It is possible to walk or cycle the 2 kilometres to Sperlonga along a quiet road or along the beach. CaSolare is a great location for exploring the lovely towns of Gaeta, Terracina, San Felice Circeo and beyond. We had a great stay and would certainly return..
