I stay here every year when I visit Moniga. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel really at home. The rooms are great with everything you need and spotless. We loved our room with the balcony and roof top terrace with sun loungers, it was a great luxury. Breakfast is a great continental. Perfecto!

We loved the garden and swimming pool. We enjoyed the refreshing swimming after our visit to Sirmione. The breakfast in the morning was also great. In particular the large cappuccino! It is located near the shore of the Garda lake where you have some nice restaurants.

Just a stunning little apartment. We had the upmost amazing stay here. The hosts were very welcoming and they personally made us breakfast and cleaned our rooms. They showed us the best locations and restaurants to visit in Sirmione. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities and the shower was deluxe. They even offered a private parking spot which was great since we had a rental car.

In a 16 day road trip we visited 3 hotels in Germany, 2 in Austria, 1 in France and 4 in Italy. Corte Viviani, all considered, was the best. Why ? All due to the owner-operator, Chiara and her sheer attention to detail and attentiveness. Do you really need to stay right on the shores of Lake Garda when you can stay here and have a much better experience? Value for money is excellent. This is a place we'd readily come back to. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Parking is covered and behind a high security gate - which is particularly appealing to me. Room numbers are limited so that means less guests and less likely 'parking incidences': something I'm keen on avoiding after some bad experiences elsewhere. Chiara is immediately welcoming and anyone who gives me a cold beer and a bowl of crisps on arrival is guaranteed to be on my Xmas card list ;-). We particularly liked the kind of modern, deconstructed 'English Breakfast' which Chiara made: very clever and equally tasty. Not only that there was plenty of fresh fruit, bread, patisserie and all the other accoutrements of an excellent breakfast. If you need supplies then a mini-market is less than a 5 minute walk. When we stay to see friends in the area again, we'll be back. Well done, Chiara.

Alessandro was a great host. He responded to questions or comments within 24 hours. Communication was very smooth. The house is spacious, clean, and has a beautiful view. The pool is a 3-minute walk away but is very large and always quiet. We enjoyed our stay.
The resort is clean, safe, calm, worth to relax, and very family and dog friendly. You have your privacy in accommodation with private garden, big rooms and very well equipped kitchen. You can enjoy Lago attractions by your car easily. If you're family with dog/s do not hesitate and spend your time in this resort. Communication with resort is on very high level with a lots of information both video and pictures or via WhatsApp. Thank you resort made my family and my dogs happy and my time full of enjoy.
Great and quiet location with countryside view, all needed furnitures available. The pool was great, you´ve place to park your cars safely. Very good communication with the host, the welcome gifts have been appreciated. We will surely come back.
Wonderful (abit outdated though) hotel to relax and enjoy. The staff is so helpful and friendly! Great location, as we had our bikes with us. Big rooms (suites) with everything you need.
