Just a stunning little apartment. We had the upmost amazing stay here. The hosts were very welcoming and they personally made us breakfast and cleaned our rooms. They showed us the best locations and restaurants to visit in Sirmione. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities and the shower was deluxe. They even offered a private parking spot which was great since we had a rental car.

The room was nice and spacious, and located with the windows to the backyard (where there is the backyard of a restaurant as well, but they turned off the music at around 10.30 at night, so no problem there). Really nice shower as well and lots of space to put clothes in the wardrobe.
The b&b is easy enough to find if you just go up the steps up to the right of the Bougainvillea house and turn left when you enter the park. The video sent from the owner upfront also helped.

The hotel is in such a great location, our room looked right out onto the lake which was great to wake up to in the morning. It's not too far from Sirmione town, just a 15 minute walk, and there is a private garden which you can relax on and swim in the lake
Our host, Livia, was so helpful and informative about the area. She helped us with public transport and was able to point out places for us to rent a boat too. We couldn't have asked for more.

Very friendly staff! We got excellent tips on what to see in Sirmione. The room had everything we needed and it was clean and quiet. Great location and easy parking just outside the old city wall. The complimentary shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel worked well. Excellent breakfast with particularly friendly and attentive service, crunchy croissants and good coffee. Would also recommend their restaurant La Rucola 2.0 for dinner.

This apartment was in a great location. There was a beautiful pool overlooking the lake and a private jetty on the lake as well. The room was very spacious and had 3 lovely large balconies. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with our queries about the local area. The building was very quiet and not busy. We barely seen any other guests!
