Location was off the beaten path but only about four kilometers from Sestri Levante city center. We rode their bicycles into town on both days and this was convenient, but not an experience for the faint-hearted (traffic is intense as get close to town). Sestri Levante is charming and the cove beach area is stunning. Breakfast at the B&B is delivered outside your room in a small metal box and is adequate (a quaint approach); bread was particularly good. Staff was nice and answered our questions. They kindly provide printed information on traveling in the area in the room, which frequently isn't the case with smaller places like this (kudos to them, for sure). A good base to explore Cinque Terre by train, but you'll have to get downtown first. We also enjoyed going to Levanto, another beach town, and the very small village center just north of the B&B.

I got this B&B for my parents who live in Italy. I haven’t seen them in 3 years and they haven’t had a vacation in 5, so I really wanted for them something special, even if I was on a budget.
My mom is extremely picky.
Well they were sooo happy about this place! I am very grateful to the host who took such a great care of them!
They confirm the breakfast was exceptional (my mom owns a coffe bar in Italy, so she’s difficult to please especially with coffee).
Location was peaceful with a wonderful view.
Extremely clean and beautiful.
Hope they will keep their prices reasonable because I am looking forward to be a guest myself!

Erica and her family were so nice. Even though we spoke no Italian, it was not hard to communicate and they were very attentive to our needs. The view is beautiful. The only minor issue was it was a bit hard to find, we had to ask a nice man down the road. Otherwise, very nice experience.

Lovely restaurant with great rooms. We loved our sea view terrace and enjoyed breakfast every day, plus an evening meal and a lunch. Great food and service, and such a lovely setting and great location for both beaches and the charming old town, which is a joy to explore. We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave.

Cosy apartment with everything needed. We love that it was just next to the train station and yet it was so quiet. Out the main entrance, turn left to the train to Cinque Terre and Camogli, turn right to the beach and the old town. Private parking just below the apartment, very secure. Perfect! Thank you Antonio!

The hotel itself was located perfectly on the peninsula end of the tombolo, easy to walk around in the city centre and to go to both beaches. The rooms were wonderful, charming stairs brings you around. Great breakfast buffet, restaurant and bar. Everything was perfect!
A spacious and clean apartment in a great location . 10 mins walk to train station and beach . The hosts Elena and Paolo were excellent - flexible with check in (7:30 pm on a Saturday night) and answered all questions fully . Would highly recommend as a base for anyone wishing to visit the area - Cinque Terre and Portofino very easily accessible by cheap local train .
We had a very nice time at Villa Mimosa. The apartment was cozy, spacious and nice with comfortable, large beds. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary appliances, including coffee, sugar, olive oil and vinegar. It was very nice to find a bottle of wine in the fridge. A real Italian home! Very good location, close to the train station and a short walk from the city center, in a quiet area. The owner was very nice and helpful, thank you Rosita for everything!
