We cannot add much to the previous and very positive reviews of Podere Demetra. Everything was perfect and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent (close to the highway and outlet yet super quiet during the night), the room was spacious, tasteful and very well maintained, breakfast was a treat, and the owner was very friendly and made great suggestions regarding restaurants etc. in the region. Definitively a gem!

Beautiful little B&B, very clean, and bed was super comfortable!! Toni was a wonderful host, replied to any queries we had quickly during our stay, and was very friendly and welcoming when meeting. Breakfast was substantial and yummy. Overall a wonderful weekend!

The B&B is in a countryside small villa, exceptionally nice and impeccably maintained. Marco and Uliana were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating to all my requests. I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The area is very quiet, making it perfect for a restful stay. They also offer a delicious breakfast, freshly made to order. I was able to choose my breakfast the night before and enjoyed a delicious chocolate croissant! Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Good place if you do shopping in Serravalle. Very close to the outlet. Exceptionally clean, big room with high ceiling and comfortable bed. The place is extremely well kept and clean. The amenities are great. Despite to the proximity to the railway tracks, it is quiet.
Francesco is a great host. Even though he doesn't speak English, we managed to communicate through an online translator quite well. I really appreciated the complimentary fruits and tea and coffee.
It is very close to the train station from where you can reach other towns and cities.
Within walking distance there are several cafes and bars and a supermarket.
