The view from the balcony was stunning. It's situated outside Assisi, so it's a bit of a distance if you plan to walk, but it's worth it for the view and tranquility. There's also a bus service.

The Casetta is well thought out, with all the essentials plus! Breakfast fixings, toiletries, even a stocked refrigerator (at extra cost) for an aperitivo!The location is great for moving around Sta Maria degli Angeli on foot. Parking is near the house. The area is very quiet so it is perfect for a good night's sleep. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We did not meet him, however he was readily available via WhatsApp. We would be happy to stay here again!
It is a wonderful place in a great location for a great price. The are lots of extra nice touches to make you feel comfortable and at home. I didnt rate the breakfast since I had to leave super early in the morning.
Also their is a beautiful patio that overlooks hese bug beautiful trees an nature. It's nice to be able to eat or relax at the tables or lounge area on this beautiful patio while the beautiful church bells chime away and The Basilica of Mary of the Angel's which is just steps away. Magical...
