Booking.com should allow to give Casa Ossan 100 points, they desrve it! The rooms are big, clean, and tidy. The place is a beautiful building between vinyards (around September there are full purple grape clusters on the vines). The breakfast is freshly made and delicious (do not miss it if you stay here). But the best thing are the wonderful welcoming hosts (ask them for recommendations, they known every good attraction or restaurant in the extended area and aspecially in Valpolicella).

It was a really nice room, nice big bed, plenty of places to put things away, a refrigerator. Easy to get around from the location. Very safe as it has a large fence around the property with a remote controlled gate for exit/entry. Breakfast was pretty amazing!

This beautiful place is even better than the pictures! The breakfast was vast and amazing, the room was gorgeous and spotless, there are only a few guests that stay here at any time, there was plenty of free parking, there were so many extra special touches, the outdoor space was really wonderful with olive trees, it was secure, and the hosts were absolutely lovely. We stayed for several days and only wished we could have stayed longer. We had a perfect stay and can't say enough good about it!

Staff were exceptional- welcoming, helpful, friendly, competent- went above and beyond. Location is private, hidden gem like your own piece of paradise, true boutique getaway. Dog friendly, family friendly simply everyone friendly.
We enjoyed 8 nights at the Florivana Boutique Hotel as a family of 5. The hotel is a great place to stay, very clean, with a modern and very nice Italian style interior and with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms were quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. The host, Signora Elisabetta, was very kind and supporting. We enjoyed this location as it enables fast access to Lake Garda, Verona, Venezia, etc.
