The room is newly built and spotless with all amenities you would require including a little storage area for placing clothes, bags etc out of the way, a super comfy huge bed and, as we were in a family room, there was also a single bed for our daughter that was equally comfortable (not a sofa bed, which can be quite hard). The bathroom is immaculate and stunning, best shower we’ve ever had! Even the soap provided was luxurious and smelt amazing!
There is a desk with a coffee machine, cups, saucers and pods all available. In the drawer there were breakfast foods such as brioches, Nutella, jams etc with plates and cutlery - there is also a fridge with milk, juices, fruit and yogurts included as breakfast, with payable extras on the bottom shelf (alcohol/soft drinks). These were refreshed each day and the room/bathroom cleaned.
The host Stefania is so lovely and friendly, greeting us when we arrived and seeing us off at checkout too.

Really nice host that tries to make sure all is great for you. The place is a bit locked in the 80s but it’s really special and they have a beautiful garden. Overall it was a fine experience.

Great location for anyone that is travelling from the airport as it is literally across the road.
Although I had an extremely early flight breakfast was laid out for me to help myself.

Great location for Pescara airport because of our very early flight. It was a 3 minute walk from the apartment to the terminal. The apartment was nice and comfortable. Key pick-up and drop-off was really easy. I felt that the owners really put pride in what they do and made our short stay there really welcoming.
I stayed one night. The apartment was spacious, and clean, with basic food/drink items and toiletries. The kitchen would be usable as is for cooking during a longer stay. It was a 5-minute walk across the street from the airport, i.e., perfect for taking an early flight as in my case. There is a cheap shuttle from Pescara Centrale train station to the Airport (via Trenitalia) that gets you there from the city centre. Communication with the host was very easy. Grazie!
Great location next to highway. Ample parking (we had a mini bus and had no issues at all). Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge available in the room, with 2 free small bottles of water.
I stayed for a very short overnight for an early pescara flight. Arrived late and the hosts were very welcoming and I was very well looked after. it was also very convenient for the airport, yet still quiet and restful.
