Location to the train station is perfect. It is a short walk to town. The ferries to Amalfi are right outside the door practically. The breakfast at the cafe was quality. Self checkin was very easy and the host was excellent. Answered all our questions promptly and gave us good information about the city. The balcony is as wonderful as it looks and the A/C was great. Very clean and comfortable. I would rebook here in a second. The room with the balcony was very comfortable for 2 people for 4 nights. Great shower and bathroom too!! Fridge was also very helpful.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. The room had a balcony with a view of the Mediterranean. The location was excellent, close to many good restaurants, a seaside boulevard, and shops. The train station and the harbor with ferries to many tourist destinations (Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Capri) are easy walking distance.

Great location in old section of town. Near sea, restaurants, bars, shopping and transportation. The owners were friendly, and helpful, including giving information about day trip attractions, and local restaurants. The property and room were secure, and kept clean on a daily basis, with clean towels provided on a timely basis. It had a nice common area, although I didn’t take advantage of it.

The suite is a reasonable walking distance from the train station, very secure inside an office building with keys and codes to get in and to use the elevator. Many restaurants, shops, and bakeries, as well as the nice park and boardwalk, within a few minutes' walk. Bathroom nicely updated and clean, although only small individual packets of soap and shampoo supplied.

The appartment is in the great location in the main pedestrian street of Salerno, but was really quiet. Its realy spacious and clean, has 2 bathrooms, well equiped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly, gave us a lot of recommendations. If you are not used to parking in Italian cities, you should also reserve private parking place nearby, but we managed to find a place in the street.
Quirky and charming collection of en-suite bedrooms in a great location in the centre of Salerno. It is a minute from the main shopping street and the seafront but private and quiet and under ten minutes walk from the historic centre. The room was comfortable and clean with air conditioning. The breakfast the next day was very nice. The owner was on hand to make coffees and was very welcoming.

The public beaches in the city itself are not great but ok, and very nice ones can be reached by short bus rides. Or you go to one of the paid beaches in the city, they are great too.
