The hostess was amazing and went way above what was expected! I felt at home from the moment I arrived in Roseta degli Abruzzi! In a previous comment, I remarked on the lack of heating - only to find it was my fault entirely! I'd failed to turn it up! So 10/10 for everything!

Wonderful location, views of grand sasso spectacular,close to sea as well. Fabiana and all the family are lovely people, very helpful and full of enthusiasm to share their local knowledge, Zia very helpful ,Nonno and papa very nice, very cute Bambino allesi, . Fabiana is so full of energy and knowledge of the area and shared her experiences. The cold wine and beer in fridge was very welcome ! , The local village bar/shop is worth a visit

Very clean.
Rooms 103 and 104 both have terraces which overlook the Adriatic so you get the sun rising out of the sea in the morning.
WiFi is excellent .
Plenty of parking space.
The shower (room 103) was spacious , hot and fairly powerful.
The restaurant / breakfast room was closed for dinner when we went but would when open give the same views of the town and Adriatic.
Breakfast is standard Italian. Jam, croissants, cake, yoghurt and coffee. There was an option of savoury as well . Cheese, salami that kind of thing.
The key to the room was accessible by a key safe so it wouldn’t matter if you arrived very late or not.
The B and B is easy to find on the main road. Our sat nav (TOM TOM) attempted to direct us down a small narrow road which we missed and we’re actually turning round in the car park when we realised we were at the B and B .

Beautifully situated Villa with fantastic views, very tranquil with just the birds singing and the church bells high up above in the mountain above where there is a very pleasant small town. The property was very clean and had cooking facilities if so desired. Great coffee with a decent breakfast. The host Pino was very helpful and friendly,an excellent host.

the location is superb and with a private parking. The breakfast was sufficient and freshly made. the owners are very helpfull. The rooms are well furnished ,comfy and the bathrooms are up to standard with clean towels . It is in the countryside with few kilometers away from the sea.

The property is on a hillside with lovely views across the sea. The rooms are modern and smart and the shower room has very good facilities. There is good air-conditioning. The room was very clean. Large 'private' terrace with with two sun loungers and a table with two chairs.
Beautiful, big room with a small private garden, can be entered from the room directly. Breakfast was excellent, parking inside the closed garden. Bicycles were provided, good opportunity to explorer the neighborhood.
Beach and city center is close, but accomodation is still in a nice, quite area.
Loved the kindness of the owner very helpful, always around if any need and doing everything possible, to make you feel like home and have a lovely holiday.
The location was perfect a short walk from the town and beach but far enough back so it was quiet at night. The security was excellent and the room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were also excellent - just what we needed at the end of the day at the beach. The best part may have been the patio and breakfast though. Highly recommended!
The apartment was perfect, comfortable, clean and in a great position. Daniela and her husband were great hosts…..it was a pleasure to spend time chatting with them. We will certainly return!
Hotel Liberty is one of my favourite locations in Roseto Degli Abruzzi. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the town and surrounding attractions, the location is great and provides easy access to the city centre.
The location was perfect for Cologna Spiaggia, which is a quiet but growing little town. Very well located for going to the beach, but also for trips to the north (Giulianova, San Benedetto del Tronto) or south (Roseto, Pescara). The building is a quiet residential building but a short walk to the main street with restaurants, bars and shops.
Nice, clean, cosy rooms. Breakfast was extremely well, they catered for my individual choice and requirements.

It is a big nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay.
Great access, no stairs and lift. We had a stroller and it was very important not to carry it on the stairs.
