Good location, Venice can be easy reached by car. Very nice and friendly host lady, the room with the Italian charm was big and clean. The breakfast was good. And ... when we left we got a little present from the host lady...traditional Venetian biscuits. Super good!

Unfortunately we didn't get to dine at the trattoria as they closed early on the day of our stay, but the dishes we saw while waiting for the key looked great and wanted to try them.

Located in a private garden, cannot be seen from the town road. Once the gate is crossed, you find yourself in a time machine! The villa is big, rooms are huge, towels, bed linen are touch soft, all is spotlessly clean. Perfect yard, comfortable garden, simply amazing continental breakfast, enriched by homemade jams and marmelades to satisfy any taste. Croissants, bread, free range eggs, to mention just few, are fresh and as tasty as one might expect in such an environment. Managers go the extra mile to satisfy hosts.
Breakfast was fine, but the quiet, the tranquility was amazing. Its proximity to the train station that gets you straight to the water transport for wherever you need to go in greater Venice is perfect. No hassle with the garages, and parking lots, this is the perfect way to visit Venice and also relax. It will be my primary choice from now on when I come to visit Venice
Check-in was smooth and fast. The communication with the owner was exceptional. The place is extremely convenient for car travelerers being so close to highway but at the same time quiet. It was clean and well equipped. There is an optional breakfast which we enjoyed.
The location is perfect for a quiet night outside Venice, but quick drive to the airport. The sheer beauty of the grounds, and the the vineyards/winery that make this an amazing 'agritourismo'. The owner/family are devoted to their home here, and to sharing their amazing property and delicious wine! Loved it so much!!!
