One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Location, views, hot tub, breakfast, staff, the room, gardens, balcony, the restaurant.... everything was perfect.
Pictures do not do it justice how beautiful the location and gardens are!
We had a car which was important - would not want to walk from baveno / stresa without the car - but parking was free and easy to find by the entrance to the property.

The staff were very sympathetic to us, they had always good advices on where to eat and what to visit.
The place was ultra clean, with some great and classy decorations. The room had every amenities you could need during your stay, and some extra (candies and tea). The bed was confortable.
The breakfast was perfect, it was more on the sweet side, but as french, we enjoyed it to the fullest. There were some great and local products.
The b&b is near Stresa (10 min by car).

This is a wonderful location above the lake with fantastic views, but out of the busy tourist area below. This is a charming older building that has refurbished rooms and bathrooms which are perfect. The staff was accommodating in every way. The breakfast was good quality and great variety. We will be back for sure.

Super friendly host with lots of Tipps for day trips. Elisa is a great host and even welcomed us very late as our journey was delayed. We would always go back. Thank you again!
B&B La Rosa del Lago is a real gem. The location is quiet and peaceful, just 5 minutes walk to lovely lakeside beach and a short drive away from places of interest. Elise is a fantastic and attentive host, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are delicious and we enjoyed cooling off in the beautiful pool. Thank you Elise for a wonderful stay!

The place is really close to the lake beach (clean and spacious) and to a nice restaurant with view on the lake.

The Eremo Santa Caterina is just a 10 min walk away, splendid site to visit.
Just North of Reno, at Laveno, it is possible to cross the lake by ferry boat with the car, to visit Stresa and the Borromeo islands for instance.
We stopped here for one night during a road trip...the location was stunning and convenient, staff friendly and helpful.
There are restaurants close by for dinner too.

The hotel, whilst dated, had a homely charm which we loved, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Overall just a wonderful charming place to stay.
The B&B is located in a very quiet and beautiful area. The manager, Elisa, welcomed us and showed us around. She gave us tips of places to visit and shared maps and other information. She was most welcoming and helpful. The room was very fresh, quite large and the bathroom seemed to have been newly renovated. The breakfast was very nice and Elisa made sure you got the breakfast you like.
