The Plan Sea is incredibly well located only a few minutes away from anything or anywhere you’d want to go or have in Santa Margherita. It is a magnificent residence in which great care has been taken to maintain it‘s historical architecture. Most of all, Federico the Host is a veritable treasure ! I am SO sorry but we found this accommodation TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for us
It was IMPOSSIBLE for me to access the facility
Parking was not an issue BUT THE ONLY ACCESS to the accommodation was down steep narrow stairs
My wife went and spoke to the owner who said she would contact you
We have made a VERY large number of bookings over many years with your organisation
We would be VERY grateful if we could have a full refund on this occasion as we had to drive round to find somewhere else we could squeeze in at the last minute
We bear no ill will to the owner and for those without mobility issues it could be ideal
For myself it was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Very stylish interior, excellent use of space, very comfortable sofas. Was great to have a private bathroom on the gallery. Easy to use tv and good quality internet. I personally loved the fridge, really nice touch. Great location also.

Great location very close to Rapallo city center. Clean and spacious with good level of kitchen tools, 2 bathrooms and balcony. Aircondition was well needed.
Location: despite not really in the city center is conveniently located in a very quiet area, well served by public transports to Rapallo beaches as well as to Zoagli and Santa Margherita, it has a parking spot and a big supermarket at a walkable distance.
Host: Luca is an exceptional host, very gentle and full of useful advices, makes the check-in and check-out a very simple yet pleasant experience.
House: the house is very functional yet has a unique flavour, very clean, is fully refurbished with anything might be needed.
Great location short walk to the train station with access to Cinque Terre. Also close to the port and ferry to Portofino. Great views from the balconies - very comfortable stay. Ivan was a great host!

Very nice and comfortable apartment close to the sea as well as the city centre. Well equipped little kitchen, a nice balcony with table, and there is even a washing machine.
We got lots of information and tips from Alberto, who was a great host.
To conclude: Everything was perfect.
It’s a charming little hotel. Super close to the beach/waterfront and the city centre. Comfy bed and pillow. Really clean and private bathroom. There’s even a supermarket right across the street.
Ideal to stay there a few nights.
Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and making you feel at ease asking anything you want. Rich and tasty breakfast, served inside or outside in the patio at your choice. Perfect cleaning. Location is fantastic - quiet private street in the city center - very close to everything you may want, we didn't use the car inside the city at all.
