First and foremost - the views are spectacular, and it’s incredibly soothing and relaxing to just hang out on the terrace and soak them in. Everything is also sparkling clean. We had the room with external private bathroom which I was a little worried about before coming but it turned out to be just fine. There aren’t many people at the property so we never walked into anyone while walking out and to our room. It’s overall a very calm, quiet and relaxing property - exactly what we needed.
Breakfast is also notably wonderful for Italian standards that are typically pastries and coffee only. You get a good selection of cold cuts, cheese, jam, scrambled eggs, Nutella, fresh fruit. And they even arranged gluten free bread and pastries upon request which I really appreciated. You also have kettle and tea always available in the hallway which is a lovely touch.
Last but not least - Paolo and Maria are wonderful hosts, extremely kind and warm, helpful and making every effort to make your stay wonderful.

The gentleman met me at the room, and kindly arranged an early morning taxi for me. He gave me restaurant recommendations and directions to nearby beaches. The room was exceptionally clean. I loved the peaceful lighting in the room. The room was equipted with a safe and a small refrigerator. I had a little garden area to sit and relax. The location was within easy walking distance to the harbor, restaurants, and a supermarket. I stayed for two nights, but wish it was longer!

The residence was private, safe, relaxing, and very cozy! Visiting and seeing Tavolara Island was the main goal of our stay, and San Paolo Rooms provided us with an excellent location to do so. We even visited a restaurant only a few steps away from our stay that was excellent, and loved the convenience of location for this reason as well (the residence was close to everything in San Paolo). The host was accommodating, friendly, and responded promptly to any messages I sent. The whole place felt very homey and we loved the rooms and beds for both their decor and comfort.

Great silent location in the side street close to shops, quiet garden seating with table and armchairs, mostly no parking problems even free of charge, parasol to rent free of charge, clean rooms, new furniture, coffee machine.
Our host Salvatore was very nice, communicative and helpfull. He greated us with wine and cheese and gave us helpfull tips about the area. The house was big and spaceous and every room had private bathroom. The location was also good, very close to Olbia. We enjoyed our stay at the property and I highly recommend it
Set in the most idyllic location- possible to walk to everything. Like going back in time. Tasting delicious ice cream minutes from our door, quiet large pool, stunning views from large private garden over Isola Tavalora. Incredible restaurant at the Port.

Really friendly helpful owner went out of his way to make us welcome. He contacted us before arrival to see what he could do to make us feel welcome and so there was fresh fruit in the room, wine and water as well. He offered us a late checkout to allow us to use the room until we had to go to the airport without us having to ask. Apartment was quiet and spacious and very good value for money.
