Warm hospitality, perfect pool/sea view and holiday energy as soon as you see the place, the warmth of everyone working there, exceptional breakfast in the morning with gorgeous sea view. ❤️ You can see that there was a lot of work put in a design of the whole place. Every detail fits perfectly in the environment and I think it shouldn’t be unnoticed.

The property is sparkling clean and nice decorated. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view over the marina. Valentina and her team (Natascia) are great hosts, working hard to make guests happy and feel welcome. Great breakfast with freshly baked goods, eggs to order and much more. Beach is in a couple minutes by foot. This property is a hidden gem in Porto Cervo.

The property is unique with beautiful furnishings and artefacts created by Licia. It was a privilege to share a part of the family home and Dino and Licia could not have been more welcoming. The location was perfect for the beaches and made the early morning swim achievable. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Little treasure close to all sites, beaches and the two best restaurants in Porto Cervo within walking distance. Beautiful and comfortable property with large rooms and showers (one of the best showers in our 2 weeks in Sardinia). The owner, Andrea was so helpful and all his restaurant recommendations were spot on! He was also patient with the kids and the breakfasts were really nice. We will return in our next trip to Sardinia.

Beautifully decorated and well sized room. Nice and spacious bathroom. We also used the fridge in the separate kitchen area. The garden in the local granite stone setting are beautiful. The owner is keeping the place sparkly clean. Breakfast is included and served on the patio. The location is close to everything and central in Costa Smeralda area. Will be back.
